Unit 2: Estimation Process and Aligning Resources for a Project

In this unit, learners explore estimation techniques, how to improve accuracy, and how to identify task dependencies. It also focuses on aligning resources, creating a Resource Breakdown Structure, and understanding resource turnover.

Unit 3: Effective Project Planning

This unit introduces different types of network diagrams and explains how to apply the Critical Path Method (CPM) for effective scheduling. It also compares PERT and CPM and discusses the use of scheduling software.

Unit 4: Project Risk Management and Communication Plans

Learners will study how to manage uncertainty and risk while planning communication strategies to support project goals. The unit also teaches how to create, update, and monitor a realistic and effective project schedule.
