UNIT 1: An Outline of Business Environment

The fourth unit focuses on the staff of an organization. It gives various strategies or methods on staff performance management and maintaining exceptional staff performance for the growth of the business.
UNIT 5: Managing Financial Resources
The fifth unit summarizes the principles involved in the management of the financial resources of an organization. It helps candidates to fully understand the terms and tactics of accountancy (which will help in assimilating and communicating financial reports).
UNIT 6: Effective Marketing Strategies
The sixth unit focuses mainly on Marketing. It also explains marketing elements, effective marketing strategies, how to assemble marketing strategies, the benefits of these strategies, various marketing concepts and how to continuously evaluate and reevaluate business activities.
UNIT 7: Managing Risks in the Workplace
The seventh and last unit teaches about identifying, assessing, controlling and eliminating/minimizing hazards at work. The basic work hazards, categories of control measure and steps taken in the risk management process are also discussed in this unit.
