Change managers play a central role in ensuring projects and initiatives meet their predetermined objectives. Large and small businesses spanning all sectors count on skilled change managers to oversee all types of important initiatives.  Hence, to become a talented change manager is to gain access to a broad and diverse job market.  Typical job titles in the field of change management include corporate transition analyst, business transformation manager, business strategist and many more besides. All with average salaries in the region of £35,000 to £45,000, depending on location and experience.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
