This course consists of the following units:

Module 1: Global Hospitality Industry – Fundamentals & Trends

This module introduces learners to the structure, functions, and trends of the global hospitality industry while exploring the impact of cultural, social, and economic factors.

Module 2: Hotel Operations Management – Front Desk, Housekeeping & Beyond

Students gain insight into the daily operations of hotels, including front desk services, housekeeping, and coordination between departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Module 3: Food & Beverage Management in Hospitality

This module explores menu planning, food production, beverage services, and cost control while focusing on high standards of service delivery in restaurants and hotels.

On completing the course, candidates are equipped with skills and knowledge to grab opportunities anywhere in the world. Candidates may take up roles as Concierges, Restaurant Managers, Front Desk Officers, Assistant Managers, Duty Managers, Bar Managers and other roles in the hospitality industry.
