This course consists of the following units:

Module 1: Foundations of Modern HR Management

This module introduces the fundamentals of HR, exploring its scope, key functions, and importance in modern organisations, while highlighting how HR supports both business strategy and employee success.

Module 2: Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Learners discover how to attract, recruit, and retain top talent through effective sourcing strategies, while also building a strong employer brand to position the organisation as an employer of choice.

Module 3: Performance Management and Employee Development

This module examines performance appraisal systems, feedback methods, and career development strategies, ensuring employees are motivated and supported to reach their full potential.

This course provides candidates with the required skills set to work in several areas in any organization with an average salary of £25,000 a year for starters. The option of moving to the higher levels of this course is also available.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
