Business Management Short Course

Every business - no matter how large or small - hopes to improve and go beyond expectations. The level 2 business management short course teaches the different factors that determine the rise or fall in business and helps candidates understand how to improve and maintain constant growth in any business.

Candidates need not have any preliminary knowledge in order to partake in our business admin short courses. The time frame for the course is flexible and can easily fit in anyone's schedule. Assignments are given out to improve understanding and are submitted at candidate’s comfort.

This course begins with an overview of Business Environment which includes the basics, it continues with a summary of Human resource management, it moves on to explain the core marketing strategies and it ends with a standard description of staff performance management.

At the end of these insightful online business classes, candidates will be adequately prepared to move to higher levels or move on to successfully pursue careers in preferred aspects of business.

Course Syllabus

The level 2 course in Business Administration contains four units:

UNIT 1: An Outline of Business Environment

This includes a standard explanation of business environments, it aids the candidates in understanding the significance and types of a business environment and the factors influencing the operations of a company.

UNIT 2: Human Resource Management

The definition of human resource management is explained here in different ways beyond hiring and firing employees, it explains the several functions and roles or purposes of the human resource management department. It also describes how to develop human resource strategies to support the strategies of the organization and lists the different tools for strategic planning.

UNIT 3: Effective Marketing Strategies

This unit introduces candidates to Marketing. It gives tips on how to build Effective Marketing Strategies to achieve business goals and explains how to put them in place for the improvement of a company, it also explains the key elements and benefits of these marketing strategies.

UNIT 4: Managing Staff Performance

The last unit gives candidates a better understanding of staff performance management. It teaches the steps taken and the various methods used to measure, manage and maintain excellent staff performance.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievementfrom ABC Awards and Certa Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
