Unit 2: What is Marketing Environment?

Marketing environment includes the internal and external factors affecting the company’s ability to create lasting relationships with its customers. This unit states these factors and explains the process and effective strategies for building customer relationship and gives the importance of a favorable market environment.

Unit 3: Markets and Markets Divisions

A market is a system in which people or companies engage in exchange. The second unit of this course describes a market and its types and examples. It also discusses the meaning and significance of market divisions.

Unit 4: What is Consumer Behaviour in Marketing?

There are several types of consumer behavior, this unit states and defines each of them. It explains the correlation between consumer behavior and marketing, the influencing factors and importance of understanding consumer behavior.

Unit 5: Marketing Strategy and Planning

The success or failure of any business depends on the marketing plan. This unit explains the difference between marketing plan and strategy, lists the basic marketing strategies, and gives the important steps to note when building a marketing plan.

Unit 6: The Promotional Mix

The promotional mix includes sales promotion, public relations, and advertising. This unit trains candidates on these important skills and helps them understand the meaning, types, elements, importance and significance of the promotional mix in marketing.
