This introductory online customer service training programme is ideal for newcomers, with no prior knowledge or experience required.  The course consists of two in-depth modules, each concluding with an online assessment for submission to your assigned tutor:

Module 1 - Introduction to Customer Services

The first module takes a detailed look at the concept of customer service, along with the contribution quality customer care makes to all aspects of business performance.  Typical roles and responsibilities in the field of customer service are also discussed, along with challenges to quality customer service provision and the benefits of superior customer care.

Module 2 - Communication Skills

The second module examines communication as the driving force behind an effective customer excellence strategy.  Candidates learn how to develop and implement a viable communication strategy, identify the requirements of internal and external communications, create effective training strategies for improved communication and more.
