HR Certification

The certificate in Human Resource Management contains two units:

Unit 1: Human Resource Management Introduction

Human resource management is an integral part of any organization. It is the maximization of employee performance for the sake of improving business gains. This unit explains the objectives and functions of the human resource department and the importance of proper human resource management.

Unit 2: The Importance of Training & Development in the Workplace

Training and development programs are introduced to organizations for improvement. This unit outlines the importance and benefits of administering a training program for the employees of an organization.

Unit 3: Performance Management of Workers

This unit assists candidates in developing skills like providing remedial and positive reports and delivering a constructive performance appraisal in order to ensure effective staff performance and achieve organizational goals.

There is a wide range of careers in human resources including HR clerk, compensation and benefits analyst, team leader, etc. Candidates may decide to further their knowledge by taking on the higher levels of this course or they can move on to start their career in HR. The average starting salary is £89,940.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
