Human resources refer to the employees of an organization and the team/department responsible for addressing employee relations. It focuses on several key areas including training and learning, organization development, employee relations, recruiting and staffing etc. This course will aid candidates in developing and improving relevant skills and attaining specific competence in one or more areas.
