Forensic Accounting Training Online

The certificate in Forensic Accounting contains three units:

Unit 1: An Introduction to Forensic Accounting

Forensic accounting is a mixture of accounting and investigative techniques to discover financial transgressions. Unit 1 is an introduction to the course, giving the primary knowledge that would guide candidates through the rest of the course. It explains the significance and describes the application of accounting in the court of law.

Unit 2: Common Personality Traits of Fraudsters

Nowadays, there are several forms of fraud and a large number of fraudsters in every part of the world. This unit delves into the mind a fraudster and explains the various ways of identifying one through their behavior, lifestyle and general attributes.

Unit 3: General Investigative Procedures

A general investigation is a case that doesn’t fall into a specific category, although there are several types of investigation. Unit 3 defines investigation and its procedures focusing on allegations of fraud and embezzlement. It also teaches candidates on the various investigative techniques.

Upon completion of our forensic accounting certificate programs, candidates are fully equipped with the required knowledge and skill-set to begin a career as a forensic account, financial analyst, tax accountant or any other position with a starting salary of $30,000 and higher with experience.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
