Unit 2: Develop And Implement Recruitment and Selection Strategies

This unit gives the most effective strategies to make the right employee selection.

Unit 3: Performance Management of Workers

Unit 3 defines Performance Management System and explains its functions in an organization. It also gives the most effective strategies for managing staff performance and the many advantages of appropriate staff performance management in an organization.

Unit 4: The Importance of Training & Development in the Workplace

A training program is used to identify and heighten those skills that each employee needs to improve and it brings the staff in an organization to the same level of efficiency. This unit further explains the importance and significance of training and development in the workplace.

Unit 5: Motivating and Rewarding Employees

This unit states the importance of motivating employees with occasional rewards. It arms candidate with the most efficient techniques and proper information to enhance performance and motivation with rewards.

Unit 6: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

The final unit discusses diversity in an organization or company. It enumerates the importance of providing equal opportunities for all staff and the disadvantages of discrimination in the workplace.

After studying for human resource certification online, candidates will possess the necessary skills to work in the human resource department of any organization and earn £25,000 for a start. They may also choose to continue with the higher levels of this course.
