Unit 4: Employee Training and Development

It is essential to pay attention to staff performance, as this is what pushes an organization forward. This unit trains candidates on determining the significant areas of improvement for each employee. The importance of employee training and development is also discussed.

Unit 5: Effective Performance Management

The fifth unit goes further into monitoring staff performance. It gives the strategies that ensure and maintain excellent staff performance in an organization.

Unit 6: How to Reward Employees for Good Attendance

Unit 6 explores the purpose and benefits of rewarding employees for things like excellent attendance and punctuality. It also explains how receiving rewards will greatly improve staff performance and make the work environment a lively and enjoyable one.

Unit 7: How to Deal with Discipline Problems in the Organisation

Preventing problems in the workplace requires firm disciplinary steps. The last unit of this course gives the most considerate disciplinary steps and trains candidates on the strategies that ensure discipline in an organization.
