This Level 2 Certificate in Human Resources Online is a self-paced course and is accessible for everyone interested. With no previous knowledge, the course instills the required skill-set to succeed in HRM. It comes with personal tutors for participating candidates.

Our Level 2 CPD Human Resources Certificate contains seven units:

Unit 1: The Basics of Working in HR

Unit 2: Recruitment and Selection

This unit is a guide through the recruitment process. Each step of the process is explained extensively, the roles and responsibilities of the human resources department in recruitment and staff selection are also discussed.

Unit 3: Successful Interview Techniques

The prosperity of a company depends on the employees, their efficiency and cooperation. This is why it is paramount to have expert interviewing skills. This unit outlines the various techniques to apply when preparing to interview potential employees.

Unit 4: Employee Training and Development

It is essential to pay attention to staff performance, as this is what pushes an organization forward. This unit trains candidates on determining the significant areas of improvement for each employee. The importance of employee training and development is also discussed.

Unit 5: Effective Performance Management

The fifth unit goes further into monitoring staff performance. It gives the strategies that ensure and maintain excellent staff performance in an organization.

Unit 6: How to Reward Employees for Good Attendance

Unit 6 explores the purpose and benefits of rewarding employees for things like excellent attendance and punctuality. It also explains how receiving rewards will greatly improve staff performance and make the work environment a lively and enjoyable one.

Unit 7: How to Deal with Discipline Problems in the Organisation

Preventing problems in the workplace requires firm disciplinary steps. The last unit of this course gives the most considerate disciplinary steps and trains candidates on the strategies that ensure discipline in an organization.

This course provides candidates with the required skills set to work in several areas in any organization with an average salary of £25,000 a year for starters. The option of moving to the higher levels of this course is also available.

I do like a part dedicated to the practice in your studying material, that prevents from a passive reading of the material and helps to apply a new knowledge right now or at least to try to do it. As well, it's a great technique to memorise new material, because I did remember my answers to your questions in the texts.
